POLICIES
By purchasing an item, you are agreeing to all shop policies that are listed below.
The customer is responsible for choosing their correct size and color options. Please see the sizing chart and measurement instructions under the "sizing" tab in the drop down menu. If you are in between sizes, I recommend going UP a size to be safe. My creations have lots of stretch making them versatile to most sizes. If you have any questions about sizing (or color), please feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to help if you're just not sure. Please see below in the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section for more information.
Even though your garment is durable and made for everyday life, the soft, stretchy, handmade and organic nature of the fabric can sometimes fall victim to a small pin hole or two appearing near a seam over long time wear. If this ever happens, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to evaluate the issue and if applicable, I will repair this for you free of charge (except for shipping costs back to me).
I have the right to refuse or cancel a sell at anytime for any reason. Especially if you're a rude asshole. I will not tolerate rudeness or disrespect of any kind and I can't promise that I will be nice about it.
I have put in many hours, days, months and years of love and time into designing and creating these pieces. The prices are firm and non negotiable. I stand by the quality of my work and I promise they're worth the price.
I am not responsible if damage occurs due to neglect in care.
In the rare case you receive your item and it's flawed by artist error (not from shipping, wearing etc.) please contact me immediately so I can either repair the issue or get a new piece out to you as quickly as possible.
A sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders within the state of Tennessee.
† Due to artistic inconsistencies and the handmade nature of each piece, everything I create is one of a kind. Each handmade creation is sewn with lots of care and attention to detail and needs to be treated with such. To ensure your special piece will endure all of your life's adventures, please wash inside out in cold water on delicate cycle. Let each piece air dry. I will not be responsible if damage occurs to your creation due to neglect in care. †
SHIPPING
Ready to Ship - All ready to ship creations ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
Custom Made to Order - Please allow at least two weeks from purchase for your creation to be made and ready to ship. The two weeks does not include shipping times. Please contact me directly for a more accurate processing and wait times.
Orders ship Priority mail for all U.S orders and First Class for international. Tracking info on all domestic orders will be provided. A customs number will be provided for all international orders.
International Orders - Please be aware of any duty tax requirements in your country. The customer is solely responsible for any fees that occur due to your countries policies. International packages will be marked with the correct pricing and will be marked as merchandise when shipped. Doing otherwise is a federal offense and considered a felony for mail fraud. No body needs that in their life.
Once the package is shipped, I am not responsible for the parcel if it's lost or stolen in the mail (even though this isn't likely to happen). An automatic $50 insurance is added to each domestic package. Additional insurance is available for purchase for both domestic and international orders upon request.
Express shipping available on request for an added fee.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are handled separately on a case by case basis and only apply to unworn, unwashed and unaltered clothing. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase for a store credit or an exchange only. If the garment has any odors or signs of wear, a credit will be not be given and the garment will be returned to you.
Credits are for the items themselves and does not include shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive your piece and it doesn't fit, please contact me within 3 days of your item being received. In most cases, I have no problem making adjustments to the fit. However, I will not make any changes or be responsible if the wrong size is purposefully chosen for that piece. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. There is no guarantee that your item can/will be adjusted. As stated above, customer is responsible for choosing the correct size and color or to contact me with questions before purchase.
All sale and custom items are non returnable or exchangeable.
